Wait 70 yeara and suddenly: just let it go and do belt and road 2.0 beginning  with Africa...You said that "Lets not forget that this is a win-win situation" ,but its not its a "win-wing   thing". As china began to decrease its growth and has already create a imobiliary bubble( 64 million house constructed without owners) and  built the biggest speed railway and road  infrastructure in the world has already started to see that needs to make that happen in other countries( in spite of millions in Rural China or living at 3rd or 4th tier cities don't have the necessary resources like water and sanitary facilities inplemented, living in terrible conditions) to continue their policy and what better way than convincing the governments of undeveloped nations of Africa buy  constructing structures to link the harbours with highways to the mines and linking cities with railways to make then factories towards the development of their own country. THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THOSE COUNTRIES OFFERING SOME DEVELOPMENT AND OPPORTUNITIES BUT DOING THE MAIN GOAL THAT IS SPREADING  THE WORLD'S BIGGEST FACTORY TO AFRICA AND the now industrialized And 1st world power getting its products from there without polluting the water air and not wasting their limited and fewer raw materials and becoming the fastest growing market and superpower being able to make a profit for their countries and having a 54 votes at the UN assembly, transferring the petrodollar to yuan's global market and dominating the world political geographic economic and culturally without firing a shot! The end!
